1. When selecting a model, first find the static pressure;
2. Search down according to the column where the static pressure is located to find the required air volume;
3. Read out shaft power, noise, speed and other parameters;
4. Check whether the performance curve, power curve, external dimensions, etc. meet the requirements;
5. Match the appropriate motor upwards according to the shaft power X1.1;
6. Selection is complete.
Two-speed fan selection method
Known: high air volume / low air volume high air pressure / low air pressure to choose a two-speed fan, the method and steps are as follows:
a. According to the selection of high air volume and high air pressure, the fan model, high speed, high number of motor poles, high shaft power, and high noise are obtained;
b. According to low air volume and low air pressure, select models under the same model to obtain low speed;
c. According to the ratio of high/low (note high to low) fan speed, get the pole number of the closest two-speed motor;
d. According to the high shaft power and the pole number ratio of the two-speed motor, select the two-speed motor in the two-speed motor library;
e. Reversely calculate the determined low speed;
f. Calculate the corresponding parameters according to the low speed, and complete the selection.
